Shipping

• We do not mark up shipping costs. Shipping costs are based on weight, size, and destination.
• Ordering multiple items at once will reduce shipping costs.

Delivery

• Orders are processed daily Mon - Fri.
• Items paid for by 3PM EST Mon - Fri typically ship the same day.
• Orders paid for after 3PM EST ship the next business day.
• Your order should arrive to you within 2 to 6 business days.
• We will email you tracking information as soon as your item ships.

Returns

• 30-day money-back guarantee on most products.
• We cannot accept returns on chemicals or special orders.
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened, unused or defective product within 30 days of the invoice date.
• All returns require a return authorize number (RGA#). Contact Customer Service to request an RGA#.
• The RGA# must appear on all returned packages.
• Return freight charges are your responsibility.
