Shipping

• We do not mark up shipping costs. Shipping costs are based on weight, size, and destination.
• We will combine shipping for multiple items whenever possible.
• We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.

Delivery

Orders are processed daily Monday - Friday. Items paid for by 3PM EST Mon - Fri typically ship the same day. Orders paid for after 3PM EST ship the next business day. Your order should arrive to you within 2 to 6 business days via UPS.

Returns

• 30-day money-back guarantee on most products.
• We cannot accept returns on chemicals.
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened, unused or defective product within 30 days of the invoice date.
• All returns require a return authorize number (RGA#). Contact Customer Service to request an RGA#. 603-878-4047
• The RGA# must appear on all returned packages.
• Return freight charges are your responsibility.
